WHAT'S THE JOB?
This position is primarily responsible for maintaining, servicing and commissioning computerized automated building controls (HVAC). Under specific task direction, the technicians work on the maintenance or installation of VCI Controls systems at various sites. To work on various sites, you must be able to obtain government security clearance.
Responsibilities:
Install, wire, and commission BAS control systems (DDC panels, sensors, actuators, VAVs, etc.)Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to HVAC controls, networks, and system integrationPerform point-to-point checkout and system verificationModify and update control sequences and graphics as requiredSupport project teams with startup and commissioning activitiesRespond to service calls and diagnose system issues in a timely mannerWork with multiple systems (Alerton, Siemens, Honeywell...
