Job Summary:

• We are seeking a skilled Building Controls Technician to support the deployment, upgrade, and ongoing operation of smart building and energy management infrastructure.
• This role focuses on the design, configuration, installation, testing, and commissioning of building control and monitoring systems, including LoRaWAN-based networks supporting HVAC, water, gas, and electrical metering across commercial properties.

Responsibilities:

• Perform site surveys to document existing HVAC, electrical, water, gas, and building automation systems, network infrastructure, and control points
• Design, configure, and deploy building control and monitoring architectures, including LoRaWAN, BMS, meters, sensors, and gateways
