**Job Description**

The Building Engineer maintains and repairs critical building systems in a commercial environment, ensuring safe, efficient, and reliable operation of HVAC, fire protection, and mechanical equipment. This role responds to tenant work orders, performs preventive and corrective maintenance, and supports the overall functionality and appearance of building infrastructure.

**Responsibilities**

+ Respond to and complete tenant work orders in a timely, professional, and customer-focused manner.
+ Perform preventive maintenance, service, and repairs on all building HVAC equipment, including boilers, air compressors, air handlers, self-contained units, rooftop units (RTUs), cooling towers, pumps, fans, motors, and associated controls, gauges, and sensors.
