Building Engineer

Bill Rate: $22-24/HR Hours: M-F 8am - 5pm, some OT is expected, possibility of On-call work depending on length of assignment Location: 1330 Post Oak, BLVD, Houston, TX

Overview of Work Environment/Client Nuances: Candidate will be working in a complex of 5 multi-story buildings

Team Overview: Candidate will be working as part of a team

Resource's typical working day: Performing pm's Changing belts Changing filters Exercising equipment Wiping down equipment Assist with other projects

Must Have Skills: Basic plumbing, mechanical, electrical skills Advanced safety skills Excellent communication skills

Nice to have skills: Ability to work well within a team Advanced mechanical skills

Years of Experience: 2-3 years Education h.s. diploma or GED, trade school preferred Software skills: CMMS experience Basic computer/tablet experience
