**Job Description**

We are seeking a dedicated Facilities Maintenance professional for a full-time position at a large commercial skyscraper in downtown Minneapolis. This Operating Engineer role offers the possibility of advancing to an Assistant Chief Engineer position, with numerous opportunities for growth within the company.

**Responsibilities**

+ Maintain and repair chillers, VAVs, air handlers, and related equipment.
+ Service utility generators, UPS systems, and commercial kitchen equipment.
+ Perform plumbing, lighting, and general mechanical maintenance.
+ Maintain and troubleshoot pumps, cooling towers, and motors.
+ Conduct seasonal work, including small engine maintenance in winter and increased pump volume in spring/summer.
