Building Envelope Student

Located at Toronto District, within our Canadian Buildings Division, the position is available for 4 months or 8 months starting September 2026.

Responsibilities

• Reviews design documents to identify potential building envelope performance issues
• Participates in the review of project submittals
• Participates in project meetings and first installation reviews
• Completes plant reviews, site reviews and/or deficiency walks
• Attends laboratory and field testing
• Assists with the development of remedial strategies for building envelope issues by meeting with manufacturers, marking up details, and working collaboratively with the team members
• Prepares site review reports
• Contributes to the preparation of internal quality documents
• Promotes and coordinates building envelope events with external experts
