Our Client, A Large Public Sector Organisation based in Portrush require a Building Maintenance Skilled Operative to join their team.
Hourly Rate : £
Hours of work : 37 hrs per week
Main Duties :
Undertake a range of skilled practical tasks associated with the maintenance of Council assets. This will include (but is not limited to) setting out from diagrams/sketches in the performance of skilled maintenance tasks (such as tiling, replacing window panes, street furniture/sign/handrail/bin installations, use of construction plant etc.). This will include good housekeeping.Responsible for ensuring all aspects of Health & Safety are implemented in the course of your work.
