**Job Title: Building Maintenance Technician**
**Job Description**
Join a hands-on maintenance team responsible for keeping building systems safe, reliable, and fully operational. You will perform preventive and corrective maintenance on HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and general building systems, ensuring a comfortable and well-maintained facility for all occupants. This is a full-time role with a Monday through Friday daytime schedule and the potential to transition to a permanent position for the right candidate.

**Responsibilities**

+ Perform preventive maintenance on HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and general building systems to minimize downtime and extend equipment life.
