**Job Description**

This role focuses on performing daily building and facility maintenance tasks to ensure the property remains safe, functional, and presentable. You will handle a mix of preventive maintenance, minor repairs, and janitorial duties, working around both older equipment and newer automated machinery in a fast-paced industrial environment.

**Responsibilities**

+ Perform daily building maintenance tasks such as changing air filters, replacing light bulbs, and completing minor repairs.
+ Carry out preventive maintenance activities to keep equipment and facilities in good working condition.
+ Handle basic painting and touch-up work to maintain a clean and professional appearance of the facility.
