The Building Operator Level 3 (12‑month contract) provides essential operational support across a portfolio of industrial properties. This position is responsible for hands‑on building care, including inspections, maintenance, and minor repairs that ensure the portfolio remains clean, safe, functional, and aligned with best‑in‑class standards. The BO3 works with a high degree of independence, exercising sound judgment to address day‑to‑day issues while escalating items that require licensed trades or external contractors.
