Building Services Manager

As Building Services Manager you will manage the production of outsourced design and direct the design and installation of services and associated builders work to meet project targets of time, cost, and quality. You will manage the Mechanical and Electrical Services Consultants and Sub Contractors throughout the design, installation, testing and commissioning of the services installation. The role is for experienced M & E Managers who have the desire and capability to take on greater responsibility.

• Managing the relationships with the client, subcontractors, project and design teams for the efficient development and delivery of Mechanical and Electrical Services designs on a project or bid.
