Responsibilities

• Perform regular inspections of the building's facilities to identify and address maintenance needs.
• Work with janitor to ensure all cleaning tasks complete to specification.
• Handle emergency repair requests and coordinate timely resolution.
• Supervise cleaning staff and ensure the building is kept clean and safe.
• Ensure compliance with local building codes and regulations.
• Maintain records related to maintenance schedules, repairs, and inspections.
