An exciting opportunity has become available with a Council in the South West of England for an experienced Senior Building Surveyor to support the delivery of repairs, maintenance and refurbishment works across their education property portfolio.
This role sits within the Corporate Landlord – Building Practice team and will involve managing a range of building related projects, condition surveys and planned maintenance programmes across educational assets.

Overview of the role
Deliver building repairs, refurbishment and maintenance projects across education properties
Undertake condition surveys and produce maintenance programmes with associated budget costing
Ensure all works comply with current legislation and building regulations
Manage projects under NEC4 contracts within a Hard FM environment
