DEFINITION

: Under general supervision, operates a school bus to safely transport students to and from school for Sunnyside Unified School District.

TASKS:
Conducts pre-trip and post-trip inspections to verify proper working order of school buses; transports students to and from school, field trips and other outings according to schedule and safety guidelines; maintains discipline on bus and prepares necessary discipline reports; may assist with securing wheel chairs for disabled students; participates in student bus evacuation training and drills.
