Länsilinjat Oy trains and recruits ten new employees for bus driver positions through Recruitment Training in collaboration with CAP Pro Academy. This program provides a smooth pathway to a new career as it enables students to acquire the necessary qualifications and skills for the job. Successful candidates will be employed by Länsilinjat Oy in permanent full‑time positions after completing the training.

Qualifications

• B‑class or C‑class driving license; must be at least 23 years old.
• D‑class or R2 driving license—health requirements must be met.
• Finnish language skills, at least B1.1 proficiency.
• Swedish language skills considered an advantage but are not mandatory.
