Key Responsibilities - Oversee daily BAU operations to ensure system availability, performance, reliability, and service continuity.
- Serve as the main contact point for business users on system issues, service requests, enhancements, and operational queries.
- Manage and prioritise incidents, service requests, and change requests according to agreed service level agreements.
- Perform root cause analysis and work with IT teams, vendors, and technology partners to resolve system issues.
