Overview We are seeking a Business Analyst for the Canadian Wealth Management Business Initiatives team to support the planning, analysis, and execution of cross‑line strategic initiatives across ScotiaMcLeod, MD Financial Management, and SJF.

As a key member of the Business Initiatives function, the BA partners with the Director, Product Owner team, and stakeholders to conduct research, gather and document requirements, and support initiatives from concept through delivery.

Responsibilities

Conduct detailed research and analysis to support strategic initiatives and business priorities across Canadian Wealth Management.

Gather, document, and validate business requirements from business line SMEs and key stakeholders.

Analyze current state processes, identify gaps, and support development of future state recommendations.

Prepare clear, structured documentation including business requirements, process maps, and supporting materials.
