Role Overview We are seeking a Business Analyst to support ERP and healthcare reporting initiatives across multiple entities. The role will focus on gathering reporting requirements, reverse-engineering existing reports, documenting business logic and data transformations, and supporting implementation teams in delivering reporting and dashboard solutions.
Key Responsibilities - Gather and document reporting requirements from business stakeholders.
- Analyse and reverse-engineer existing reports, KPIs, and data transformation logic.
- Translate business requirements into clear specifications and handover documentation for BI developers.
- Validate dashboards and reports against business requirements.
- Facilitate communication between business users and technical teams.
- Support UAT, issue resolution, and stakeholder sign-off activities.
