Position Overview

            Roles & Responsibilities  Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from academic and administrative stakeholders. 
Analyze operational, enrollment, academic, and financial data to identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities. 
Support process improvement initiatives across admissions, academics, student services, and operations. 
Prepare reports, dashboards, and presentations to support management decision‑making. 
Assist in system enhancements, data migration, and implementation of education management systems. 
Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure project deliverables meet business and institutional needs. 
 Requirements  Degree in Business Administration or equivalent 
At least 2 years of experience in Education industry. 
Proficient in business analysis tools such as Confluence, JIRA, SharePoint, and Microsoft Office Suite.
