The Opportunity

MandM is evolving how we deliver change, combining structured project delivery with product-led ways of working. As we build empowered, cross-functional squads, we are looking for a Business Analyst who will serve as the crucial link between business needs and technological solutions.

You’ll deliver comprehensive, end-to-end business analysis across the organisation. This role is all about deep-diving into business problems or opportunities , identifying areas for improvement, and shaping feasible options that align with our strategic goals. You will be an essential part of a collaborative team, helping to define success measures while contributing to and developing our internal business analysis community.
