We’re supporting a major transformation programme looking for a proactive Business Analyst to bring clarity, structure, and accountability into a fast-moving delivery environment. This is not a documentation-heavy BA role. The company needs someone comfortable operating in ambiguity, challenging evolving requirements, aligning stakeholders, and ensuring delivery stays focused on real business outcomes. The Business Analyst will work closely with Product, Delivery, Architecture, and Engineering teams to shape requirements, refine backlogs, facilitate workshops, and translate business needs into clear delivery plans.
