Relay Product Excellence's mission is to monitor Transaction Integrity for products supporting Identity Verification, Account Support, and Compliance across Carrier and Driver processes. We are looking for a curious, detail-oriented Business Analyst to join the Relay Product Excellence team. In this role, you will support the analysis of complex operational data, help define business requirements, and contribute to continuous improvement across compliance and verification workflows. You'll work closely with stakeholders across operations and product to identify gaps, measure performance, and support automation and process improvement initiatives.
