The Business Analyst II is a critical partner to the Product Owner/Product Manager and Scrum Team, responsible for translating strategic goals into actionable product requirements and measuring the overall effectiveness of modernization initiatives. This role provides data-driven insights and process support, ensuring goals related to feature delivery, process efficiency, and risk mitigation are met and continuously tracked.
