Under the direction of the Business Solutions Manager, the role of the Business Analyst is to work with business leaders across the county to ensure their use of technology and development of new technology projects is defined, optimized, and aligned with measurable business outcomes.
The Business Analyst will lead business process mapping and business process optimization exercises with other staff from the Business Solutions Team using lean and agile methodologies. Business process mapping and optimization activities will be delivered both opportunistically, such as improvement of existing processes, and strategically as part of large technology projects.
