Seeking a Business Analyst in Jacksonville, FL to bridge the gap between business needs and technology solutions by gathering requirements, analyzing data, and supporting project delivery.
Requirements

+ Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, IT, or related field.

+ 3-5 years of experience as an IT-focused Business Analyst.

+ Familiarity with cloud-based business systems like Microsoft Dynamics or similar tools.

+ SQL skills and/or Excel experience.

+ Solid experience creating process flow diagrams and documentation.

+ Proficiency in tools like JIRA, Confluence, or ServiceNow.

+ Certified Business Analyst (CBAP) or PMI-PBA is a plus.
