Job Description
Insight Global is looking for a Business Analyst to join one of our state and local government clients in a hybrid role. This role serves as a key liaison between the agency, vendors, and external consultants to ensure IT solutions are aligned with strategic objectives, enterprise standards, and business needs. The individual partners closely with Project Managers, Product Owners, architects, and stakeholders to lead requirements gathering, solution design reviews, testing oversight, and agile delivery activities while ensuring compliance with methodologies, policies, and quality standards throughout the project lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities include:
- Ensure project alignment with strategic plans, policies, and enterprise standards
- Review and approve project schedules, estimates, and project management artifacts in compliance with PMM and SEM
