Business Analysis & Product Ownership

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst and/or Product Owner within banking environments.
• Strong experience managing deliverables from requirements gathering through to testing phases.

Extensive experience documenting:

• Business Requirements Documents (BRDs)
• Functional Specifications
• User Stories
• Use Cases
• Process Flows and Visual Models
• Deep understanding of business and technology transformation projects.
• Experience identifying, documenting, analyzing, and optimizing business processes and user journeys.

API & Testing Experience

• Strong functional experience working with APIs.
• Experience writing and executing API test cases.
• Knowledge of API testing methodologies and best practices.
• Experience supporting integration, system, and user acceptance testing activities.
