The Role

This role is part of the European Change Team, consisting of business analysts, project and transformation managers and product owners who work closely with the various European countries and functions in order to deliver a portfolio of strategic, operational and regulatory change and achieve tangible business benefits.

The main focus of this role is performing key analysis, supporting decision making and working on the delivery of the value streams, strategic change, digital and operational initiatives across Europe. This role requires strong analytical skills and capacity to translate business needs into requirements. It is also essential to have great problem solving capability combined with an ability to connect and work effectively with various stakeholders across Europe.
