Job Summary:



We are seeking a Business Analyst to support a large-scale application modernization initiative. In this role, you will analyze legacy Java-based applications, extract business requirements and workflows, and help translate them into modern web solutions built with React and Java APIs. You will work closely with clients, business stakeholders, and development teams to ensure requirements are accurately documented, validated, and implemented. This role requires a strong blend of technical understanding, business analysis, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.



Qualifications:



• 1–3 years of experience in Java development.

• Basic understanding of HTML/XHTML and web application architecture.

• Comfortable reading and analyzing Java classes, methods, and legacy application code to identify business logic and workflows.
