We are looking for talent for our graduate program. Over a period of one and a half years, you will join Elkem's Corporate Business Support (CBS) department. CBS functions as an internal consulting team that is responsible for financial processes, analyzes, as well as solving business challenges from our factories across the globe.
**Responsibilities**:
- Analysis of monthly and quarterly results
- Business analysis for decision support
- Result and goal management
- Coordinate forecasts, budget work and strategy processes
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of models, processes, and routines in Elkem
Qualifications required for the position:
- Five years of higher education in business administration / finance / industrial economics
- Excellent academic results and a maximum of two years' work experience
- Geographical mobility
- A desire to develop both professionally and personally
- Excellent communication skills in English and Norwegian
