Description

Position Summary We are seeking a Business Analyst to support a high-profile digital transformation initiative involving the migration of Caterpillar's Digital Support organization from Salesforce to Microsoft Dynamics 365. This individual will work closely with the Product Owner and Capgemini implementation team to manage day-to-day project operations, maintain Azure DevOps work items, coordinate project activities, and facilitate requirements gathering. The ideal candidate is highly organized, experienced in enterprise software implementations, and comfortable acting as the liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams. This role will play a critical part in ensuring the project remains on track for a targeted November go-live and will support ongoing Phase 2 initiatives following production deployment.
