Platform-focused Business Analyst supporting the EUC workstream — requirements, use‑case coverage, persona definition, endpoint inventory and application candidacy.
Key responsibilities - Run requirements workshops with Customer EUC owners; capture, document and prioritise.
- Maintain the application candidacy audit and persona / use‑case matrix.
- Build and maintain the endpoint inventory; coordinate the BoM and physical endpoint standards.
- Support pilot user selection, UAT design and acceptance criteria.
Required experience and qualifications - 5+ years as a Business Analyst on EUC, M365 or end‑user computing programmes.
- Strong workshop facilitation and documentation skills.
- Demonstrable delivery experience in a regulated industry — financial services, government, pharmaceuticals, energy or similar — including familiarity with change control, audit and compliance constraints.
