Job Summary

We’re looking for a Business Analyst who sits at the intersection of clients, product, and technology. This role is about understanding real business needs — from customers or internal teams — and translating them into clear, structured requirements that drive effective technical development, product configuration, and deployment.

You will play a critical role in pre-onboarding and onboarding, ensuring client requirements are correctly understood, documented, and reflected in how our AI platform is configured and tested.
