The Medicaid MMIS Modernization Business Analyst serves as the essential liaison between state operational leadership, integration vendors, and federal compliance entities. Operating within a hybrid/Agile Medicaid Enterprise Systems (MES) framework, this role focuses on translating current-state operational challenges into future-state technical requirements through business process redesign.
