What you’ll do

• Process Assessment & Documentation : Analyze and document existing content authoring and QA processes, identifying manual steps, bottlenecks, and inefficiencies.
• Opportunity Identification : Spot automation opportunities (e.g., RPA, system integrations, workflow optimization) to enhance efficiency and reduce errors.
• Requirements Definition : Develop clear and concise functional requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria to guide automation development.
• Collaboration & Solution Design : Partner with Automation Developers, QA Automation Specialists, and the Program Manager to design and implement automation solutions.
• Impact & Metrics : Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of implemented automation.
