Requirements Elicitation & Management Lead requirement gathering sessions with business users, government stakeholders, and vendors Translate business needs into clear
functional and non-functional requirements Produce high-quality documentation (BRD, FRD, user stories, process flows, data mapping, interface specifications) Ensure full
requirements traceability
from business needs through design, development, testing, and deployment Manage requirement changes under formal governance and change control processes
Stakeholder Management Engage and manage

professionally and confidently Facilitate workshops, align expectations, and resolve conflicting priorities Act as the
