The Business Analyst serves as the critical interface, bridging the gap between complex business requirements and robust technical solutions within systems delivery projects.

Reporting to the Project Manager, the Business Analyst will collaborate closely with business stakeholders and project team to understand their needs, then meticulously translate them into detailed system requirements, functional specifications, and crucial non‑functional requirements such as performance, security, and scalability.
