Position Overview

            Key Responsibilities Conduct in-depth business needs analysis, engaging stakeholders to uncover challenges and opportunities. 
Apply Design Thinking methodologies to design innovative, user-centric solutions. 
Translate business requirements into clear and testable user stories, functional specifications, and use cases. 
Develop and maintain thorough documentation such as BRDs, process flows, and UAT plans. 
Identify and recommend process improvements, automation, and digital transformation initiatives. 
Collaborate with architects, developers, and cross-functional teams to design viable IT solutions. 
Act as a liaison between business and IT, ensuring alignment and managing stakeholder expectations. 
Support UAT and post-deployment activities to ensure solutions meet business objectives.
