Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, understand and document business needs, business requirements and flows related to the Authority’s public services and application systems.
Review business rules and service journeys, gathering requirement specifications, engaging stakeholders, creating user journey maps and wireframes, and providing support on updates to the Authority.
Develop user stories, specifications, acceptance criteria, and create detailed process maps to visualize, understand and streamline current workflows and business processes.
Review design specifications and project deliverables (e.g. monthly project report, log review for privileged user access, test plan, test reports, application design/code) to ensure the completeness for the Authority’s acceptance.
