Position Overview

            Minimum 3+ years  experience as Business Analyst (preferably Agile projects) 
Degree in IT / Information Systems / Business Analytics or related field  
Strong experience in: 
Requirement gathering & analysis 
Business process mapping & design thinking 
Flowcharts and logical diagrams 
Good stakeholder management & communication skills  
Knowledge of SDLC and Agile methodologies  
Hands‑on experience in test automation tools (e.g., Tosca)  
Ability to drive continuous improvements and testing practices
