We are looking for a Business Analyst to support an existing system in production. The role focuses on process analysis, stakeholder coordination, and handling day-to-day system support and enhancements.
Key Responsibilities - Understand current processes through discussions, interviews, and data review
- Identify gaps and suggest improvements to workflows
- Work with stakeholders and vendors to define better (future) processes
- Facilitate meetings/workshops to gather requirements and align on changes
- Document processes using standard tools
- Support system operations, including: Handling L2 tickets and basic troubleshooting; managing small enhancements and change requests
Requirements - Diploma/Degree in relevant field
