Key Responsibilities - Partner with underwriting, claims, and policy administration teams to gather and analyse business requirements
- Translate requirements into business and functional specifications (e.g. BRDs, user stories, FSDs)
- Support system enhancements and changes across core insurance platforms
- Work with technical teams to clarify requirements and ensure accurate implementation
- Identify opportunities to improve operational workflows and efficiency
