Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Business Analyst with strong domain expertise in telecom, particularly in USSD technology, telecom network architecture, and API-based integrations. The role involves acting as a bridge between business stakeholders, requires end-to-end ownership of requirement analysis, Impact Anaysis (IA) definition and detailed documentation (BRD/FSD), technical teams to analyze, document, and validate requirements for USSD-based services and system integrations.
Key Responsibilities:
Gather, analyze, and document business and system requirements for USSD-based services and telecom network integrations.
Develop and maintain detailed USSD call flow diagrams, sequence flows, and system interaction charts.
Knowledge of any tool such as draw.io, Lucidchart, Microsoft Visio, or PlantUML to visually model USSD sessions and API interactions.
