Our client, a IT Services and Consulting company, is looking for a Business Analyst (Wealth Management) for their Weehawken, NJ/Hybrid location. Responsibilities:

+ Partner with senior business stakeholders (VP/SVP/C-suite level) to elicit, define, and prioritize business requirements across Wealth Management platforms and processes

+ Translate complex business needs into clear functional and non-functional requirements, user stories, and process flows

+ Drive end-to-end project outcomes — from discovery and requirements gathering through UAT and go-live — often with minimal oversight

+ Act as the primary liaison between business, technology, and operations teams to ensure alignment on scope, priorities, and timelines

+ Analyze current-state workflows and recommend future-state improvements across advisory, brokerage, and/or mutual fund servicing operations
