Position Overview

            Functional Responsibilities  Lead the elicitation documentation and validation of business and technical requirements across multiple squads and workstreams 
Translate business needs into clear structured user stories acceptance criteria and functional specifications ready for agile delivery 
Act as the bridge between business product and technology teams ensuring shared understanding and alignment on requirements and outcomes 
Own and maintain the requirements backlog ensuring prioritisation aligns with programme objectives and delivery milestones 
Work closely with Product Owners and delivery teams to ensure requirements are well‑defined testable and deliverable within sprint cycles 
Facilitate workshops working sessions and stakeholder discussions to refine requirements and drive decision‑making 
Ensure end‑to‑end traceability from business requirements through to technical delivery and solution implementation
