Business Analyst - Cash Management Platform (CREQ )

Role Overview

The Business Analyst will be responsible for gathering, analyzing, and documenting business requirements for Cash Management Platform (CMP) initiatives. The role involves working closely with corporate banking stakeholders, operations, IT teams and vendor to design and deliver solutions across payments, collections, liquidity, and digital channels.

Key Responsibilities

• Business Requirements & Analysis
  • Engage with corporate banking (WBG), operations, and product teams to gather requirements
  • Analyze current-state cash management processes
  • Define future-state solutions
  • Prepare BRD, FSD, and user stories
• Stakeholder Management
  • Act as bridge between business and IT
  • Conduct workshops and discovery sessions
  • Coordinate with vendors
