Position Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Business & Data Analyst to support a strategic, enterprise‑wide transformation of the end‑to‑end client financial workflow. This role will serve as a senior analytical leader within the program, responsible for driving business requirements, end‑to‑end process redesign, data insights, and analytical solutions that modernize legacy processes and enable automation, AI‑driven capabilities, and a modern technology ecosystem.

The Lead Business & Data Analyst will work closely with the Director of Program Delivery, cross‑functional business stakeholders, and technical teams to ensure the program delivers measurable business value, improved operational efficiency, and enhanced data‑driven decision‑making.
