Job Description
To lead and direct the overall Business Architecture function, ensuring alignment between strategic objectives, organisational structure, operating model, and enterprise architecture (including AI). This role is critical for driving large-scale business transformation and establishing best practices for architectural blueprinting, analysis, and implementation while acting as the primary organisational advocate for exceptional customer and colleague experience.
Key Tasks/Areas of Responsibility
Target Operating Model and Business Blueprinting: Oversee the definition, development, and implementation of the Target Operating Model and organisational structures to support the company’s strategic agenda, working closely with the Strategy & Transformation Director.
