Position Description:

At CGI, our Enterprise & People Change team helps organisations get real value from their change and transformation programmes. Our Enterprise Change services support how change is planned, managed and delivered across multiple initiatives, while our People Change services make sure employees are ready, supported and able to adopt new ways of working. We use a mix of practical change approaches, data and insights to help organisations deliver change more effectively, and with agility, to see results faster. Our evidence-based, people-focused methods ensure visibility of organizational change risks and dependencies, supporting strategic decisions. They also ensure that change approaches adjust as priorities change and adoption challenges are encountered.
