We are seeking a Business Change Manager to lead and support the successful adoption of change across our transformation programmes. This pivotal role is focused on the people side of change, ensuring that business change initiatives are effectively embedded and aligned with strategic objectives. 

The Business Change Manager will drive engagement and adoption across changes to business processes, policies, governance, systems, technology, data, roles, and organisational structures.
